Our client is a big Belgian company active worldwide in the beverages sector.


As Customer Relations Specialist are you responsible for:

- Supporting the sales teams from Belgium and Luxembourg

- Creation and follow up of contracts and offers

- Take action both towards clients and internal departments

- Clients can contact you for information about products, prices, marketing actions, problems,..
You are responsible to guide and inform them the best way

- You are responsible to keep your clients information updated and follow up accounts closely


The ideal Customer Relations Specialist :

- You have a commercial speech, driven, open minded and always think positive?

- You can work independently but also in team?

- You are bilingual in Dutch-French with a good basis level in English?

- Do you like varied tasks combining administration with a lot of contacts?

- You have a first experience in an equivalent position?

- A master is a plus.

- Experience in SAP and SalesForce is also a big plus.
