Opportunity for dynamic trilingual profiles to join an international group leader on its market, conveniently based in central Brussels

Client Details

Our client is an international group, active in the energy sector, leader on its market, conveniently based in central Brussels.


As a B2B Customer Support, your main tasks when you join the company will be the following :

  • Orders follow-up from A to Z in SAP
  • Follow-up of your portfolio of B2B customers regarding orders, questions, claims, etc, in coordination with sales, transporters, suppliers, etc
  • Bring a maximum support to the sales (including with new prospects, by bringing sales, administration and logistics support)
  • Quotations preparation & follow-up
  • Custom documents follow-up
  • Participation to the invoicing process
  • Handle various customer & sales-related issues, in order to solve them or escalate them in a timely manner
  • Participation to various projects, process improvement


  • Bilingual NL-FR (ideally at least fluent in Dutch, and operational FR and EN)
  • Min. Bachelor's degree
  • At least a first experience in a similar role would be ideal
  • Organized, structured, precision, independent, team-player, stress-resistant
  • Customer & result-oriented
  • Available to start in March (or sooner)
