For an innovative company in the home automation and security sector, Hays Sales is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and developing your client portfolio in the Brussels and Walloon Brabant region. Your customers will be wholesalers and distributors for professionals. As you'll be responsible for establishing relationships, you'll be mainly on the road and will be expected at the office once a month. Next to this, you will be doing your own administration and need to make sure that the CRM system stays up-to-date.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical affinity (mostly for electrical and IT-related products) and is very eager to learn. You have at least 2 years of experience in a commercial role; experience with wholesalers is a big plus. You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of English. If you are team player, motivated and correct, you are perfect for this job.
