Description de la fonction

Coordination of the technical-sales team :

» recruitment and training

» evaluation of results and needs

» implementation of new working methods

Marketing :

» define specific strategy with distributors, mainly for export markets, with overview of collaboration/ distribution/ secrecy agreements

» coordination of participation to trade shows

» edition of commercial brochures and management of the website Be part of the business :

» participate to the research of new markets and product sourcing

» follow-up of potential quality issues or disputes and contribute to the elaboration of corrective actions

» participation to sponsored development projects

Exigence pour la fonction

» You have a master’s degree with chemical or economic background

» You practice fluently English and French

» The knowledge of Dutch is an advantage

» You have some experience in sales and marketing and/or in oleochemicals or above mentioned applications

» Location : offices located in Ghlin (Mons) with occasional travel
