Job Description

Tasks

  • Responsible for correspondence and phone
  • Purchase of office supplies and material needed for our events
  • Coordinate and follow up of ICT matters with our external service provider
  • Handle office space matters with the building operator
  • Responsible for updating the electronic calendar
  • Responsible for travel arrangements
  • Support of HR & Finance administration
  • Organise our team days and support with other events and activities



Job Requirements

Profil

  • work experience in office management and/or as an Executive Assistant
  • fluent in English and French - fluency in other European languages is a plus
  • computer literate and expert in Ms Office
  • able to multi-task, work flexibly/under pressure and able to handle confidentiality
  • that can take initiative, act with common sense and organise matters
  • able to communicate effectively with a broad range of people
  • experience or affinity with lobbyingsector is a plus



Salary and Benefits

Full-time position, based in Brussels The office is easy accessible by public transportation (5’ walk from Brussels-central ).
