As Customer Service Operator, you will be in charge of every aspect of the Customer Service linked to the shops and on-line platform. You are the ambassador of the brand and are dedicated to providing the best service.

Client Details

The company is an international fashion company that operated on-line and with shops.


- You find solutions to rise customer satisfaction

- Manage and answer questions from clients by email (90% by mail ; 10% by phone)

- You will be in close line with the external Call Center of the company

- You make a follow up of all the administrative client files

- You will be in close collaboration with the e-commerce and commercial team, and appear as a team support


- You are bilingual French / Dutch (capacity to communicate perfectly written and oral in both languages)

- You have a first experience in Customer Service

- You have an interest in Fashion

- You are a positive, flexible and diplomat person , able to manage a stressful situation

- You have the capacity to understand and resolve problems

- You show team spirit and initiatives
