BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
For Sirius Insight SA, Hays Sales & Marketing is currently looking for a Business Development Manager. Sirius Insight is located in Louvain-la-Neuve and has 20+ years of experience in predictive analysis and geomarketing. Its expertise helps companies make strategic decisions based on consumer data, geographical data and sales data. Thanks to the strong added value, the company has built partnerships with many other companies in Europe, such as EY, Carrefour and D'Ieteren. This new position has been created in order to accelerate the development in Belgium, especially in the Dutch speaking regions.
As a Business Development Manager, your main objective will be prospecting small and large companies active in Retail, FMCG, Logistics, ... To be specific, you will meet with the decision makers (General Manager or Marketing Manager) to understand their needs and present them with Sirius Insight's products and services. Once the new partnership is signed, you will maintain contact with your client to ensure they are fully satisfied with your services and to coordinate with the Project Manager. In the long term, you will have the opportunity to broaden your scope of responsibility and be responsible for more services/products and more industries.
For this position, we are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in B2B business development, ideally within a consulting or data company. Fluent Dutch and French is required, as well as a good level of English. A master's degree in Management, Engineering or Statistics is a big plus. More than experience, we are looking for someone who's eager to learn more about predictive analytics and geomarketing and who's looking to join a small, but highly motivated team and actively participate in the growth of a company.
