Our client is an international non-for-profit association founded in 1999 and located in Brussels.
Job Description
- In charge of the payroll
- Staff attendance check (annual leave, sickness, special circumstances, …) – coding in the employee management platform
- Management of the work time schedule managment platform
- Management of business car fleet
- Ensure good maintenance of individual paper based folders and information on the social security platform
- Ensure accuracy and updates of contracts, related addendum, convention and personal records
- Responsible for ordering employees' benefits such as meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, ...
- Responsible for the registration of all employees under AG for group insurance and pension plan
- Main contact point for HR consultants and partners
- First contact point for recruitment agencies and candidates : establishment of job description, pre-screening of candidates, coordination of interviews, feedback to management
- Ensure integration of new enterprise staff member
- Ensure departure of a staff member in coordination with the management
- Preparation and organisation of performance review process in collaboration with the management
- Follow up HR budget and adapt according to accurate situation in order to report to Finance officer and Corporate Manager
- Review and insure implementation of Works Regulation and internal HR Policies
- Main contact point for legal HR partners
- Ensure enterprise’s compliance with Belgian social law
- Preparation and follow up of the Training Programme in collaboration with the management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Ressources, Psychology or Social Sciences
- Excellent command of English and French (oral and written)
- Between 5 and 10 years of proven experience as HR Generalist
- Experience in recruitment and interviews process (knowledge of MBTI or similar tool is an asset)
- Knowledge of Partena payroll platform (SAM) is required
- Knowledge of the Peeters’ law on Flexible time schedule is required
- Knowledge of work time schedule management via an autromated system is an asset
- Effective organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eye for detail, deadlines & accuracy
- Highly motivated
