You will have the opportunity to work in a multinational company well located and easily accessible by public transports.



Job Description

  • You provide assistance to the Group Manager and a team of about 30 engineers
  • For the Group Manager, you are in charge of managing his mailbox, calendar and timesheet
  • You are responsible for the correct edition, filing and distribution of all internal documents or technical deliverables of the Group to internal or external customers as well as Safety Authorities
  • You manage incoming mail and outgoing mail and documents (sorting, copying, distribution, filing, archiving) following the quality procedures
  • You are responsible for managing, scheduling and organising internal meetings, business travels and conferences participation
  • You are responsible for organizing for the team members the specific technical seminars and courses in coordination with the Group Manager and for insuring the follow-up of the Group training record
  • You are responsible for organizing video-conferences, ensuring in-out telephone communications and welcoming external visitors
  • You check the submission of time sheets for the team
  • You handle all secretariat tasks in an independent way
  • You assist in the day-to-day management of IT requests and contacts with end-users



Job Requirements

  • You have a diploma in Secretariat Studies or similar and you have a work experience in a similar position
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch or French, you have an good knowledge of both languages and good knowledge of English
  • You have a good working knowledge of MS Office softwares (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, ...)
  • You are client minded and you have good communications skills
  • You are flexible in your working schedule and you are a good organizer
  • You are open to acquire new skills
  • You are discreet and punctual
  • You are reliable and trustworthy
