MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The HR Assistant is essential in delivering qualitative HR support to the People Experience Lead and HR Business Partner.

This role will leverage the best in class HR administration, in terms of creating digital employee contracts and digital archiving, reintegration and development of HR policies, absenteeism follow-up & reporting, making purchase orders, and everything else related to our digital HR systems (such as Workday).

The HR assistant will also apply critical thinking in the day to day job to enhance the Employee experience.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Serving as a subject matter expert, you will manage the new joiners/movers/exits flow and all key employee moments.

You will also support in the elaboration of a competitive wage strategy ( such as warrant plan, cafeteria plan).

You will also own Workday reporting and analytics (data management) and will implement all organizational changes in Workday (e.g. create new position in Workday).

You will participate in the Reward and Annual Pay review processes.

You will remove data transactions from Line Managers, HRBPs and People Experience Leads to ensure it is completed quickly and accurately.

You will support the business using your fundamental HR knowledge within the areas of performance management (calibrations), reward topics, talent management& acquisition, and organizational development is critical.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Bachelor degree in related field 
  • Minimum two years’ prior work experience in a related role
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint etc.); advance proficiency in Excel required 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid customer service and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
