TEAM & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
You will have a key support roles in a great team, responsible for the administrative support of Netaxis team, the CEO and the functioning of the office in Brussels.
What will be your roles?
• Office management
• Providing a high-level support to the CEO
• Being the point of contact, the interface person for the CEO
• Keep CEO up to date with the items scheduled based on the priority set and accountabilities
• Planning meetings and take detailed minutes
• General Netaxis phone number and e-mail management.
• Shipment and mailing management.
• Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Providing general support to visitors
• Events coordination (Participation, Reservation, contract, travel and accommodation management)
• Part of external communication coordination (Communities and contents multilingual management)
• Documents management (Traduction, editing follow up, cleanup version, Archiving).
• Agenda and time management for executives with external parties
• End of the year customer gifts
• Cooperating strongly with all team members and particularly with Administrative, HR, Finance and Leader roles

What you will need?
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google suite tools
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• Ability to be flexible and manage priorities;
• Very good communication and interpersonal relation skills in an international environment;
• Excellent knowledge of English, Dutch and French, both written and oral
• Very familiar with and highly able to use IT products, such as personal computer, iPads as well as all online forms.
• A proven experience in a similar role.
