As a management assistant your main responsibility will be to support one or more managers with their organisation and administration. It is your role to support and facilitate all tasks related to these aspects.

Description

As a management assistant you will:

-Manage the agenda of several managers regarding planning, changes, put priorities, book rooms...

-Manage the communication in the form of mails and phonecalls.

-Organise meetings and conference calls.

-Organise business trips/ travel arrangements.

-prepare and correct documents in terms of spelling, lay-out, drafting,...

-Prepare Presentations with MS PPT.

Profile

As a management assistant you:

-preferably have a bachelor in office management, a stable working experience can be considered equivalent.

-A fluent communicator in Dutch, English and French.

-An organised and structured person.

-Know how to make your priorities list.

-Are dynamic, a real go-getter!
