A sales assistant is expected to help customers choose between the company's array of goods and services, process payments and maintain a high level of customer service.
Client Details
The company's is one of the biggest FMCG retailer in the international level.
Their offices is located in the south of Brussels and they are now occupying a leader position.
Description
- Support and assist the Key Account Manager for one of the biggest company's client (meetings, events, mailings…)
- Coordinate information between Sales department, Customer Services and Supply chain departments
Maintain customer databases updated
Answer some customer's requests (price, technical files, …)
Profile
- You speak French and have a good level of Dutch
- You have experience in a similar position
