The Recruiting Coordinator shows high competence in all matters of on-campus marketing and recruiting. Hereby he/she makes use of the existing recruiting systems and processes

My client is one of the world's leading global business consulting firms, serving clients across six continents. The company was founded in 1973.


As a Recruiting Coordinator you:

There are 3 big part in that function:

1. Managed AC(I) recruiting coordination from A to Z (+-80%)

- Coordinate candidate selection process:

x. Screen incoming applications with the different campus teams

x. Schedule interviews

x. Greet candidates

x. Manage communication with candidates

x. Follow up with candidates & interviewers

x. Prepare briefing emails for 2nd and last rounds

- Coordinate offer process of successful candidates together with the recruiting and HR teams

- Coordinate on-campus and off-campus recruiting events with allocated consultants teams:

x. Be the contact point of students

x. Prepare logistics (venue, badges, goodies, transportation, food, etc.)

x. Collect feedbacks after the event

- Coordinate the creation of "High Potential students" lists with the different campus teams

- Proactively initiate improvement for the office recruiting activities

2. Coordinate the internship program (20%)

x. Allocate buddies to interns


x. Schedule intermediate and final reviews

x. Weekly follow-up of interns (staffing, performance, offer, etc.)

3. Take part in the office life

- Contribute actively in making the company a great place to work

- Participate in specific office-related projects (Green Team, Sports Team, etc.)


Must Have/Be:

- Perfect level in English and French or Dutch

- Very good writing skills in English and the other language (FR/DU)

- At least a bachelor is require (Human Ressources, Communication, etc), it's a big plus if you have a master.

- You must have an interest in HR and Human Relations.

- Flexible, communicative person, action/reaction mindset

- Dynamic person for a dynamic team
