We are currently looking for a Demand Forecast Executive to join our team.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will:

• Perform the monthly business forecast (Belgium or Luxembourg)
• Own and run the SOP cycles according to the EMF2 principles
• Adhere to all reporting requirements (End-Market, Cluster, Regional) on time in full
• Support the monthly strategic & operational marketing process, facilitate meetings ensuring actions are captured and followed up throughout the organisation OTIF (Cycle Planning Meeting, Demand Review Meeting, Country Manager Alignment Meeting, …)
• Manage the integration of the annual cycle plan in the forecast, align with Brand / Trade / Supply Chain to ensure constant up to date information is reflected in the forecast
• Own the business reporting the end-market, the head-quarter of the cluster, and the Region
• Ensure close collaboration with Supply Chain to prevent out of stocks & write-offs, and to make sure forecast is in line with Production capabilities and timelines
• Support the business with multiple ad-hoc projects such as Stock build, pre-excise trade stock management, various strategic analysis and presentations
• Monitor sales daily, highlight deviation vs forecast and impact on production & targets
• Contribute to growth agenda, ensure high forecast accuracy is achieved
• Continuously improve SOP process efficiency and sustainability (optimisation, automation, enforcing alignment within the organisation, …)
• Continuously remain informed of latest market trends and dynamics, using the different reports and available data sources, and use as a tool to assist in the forecasting process
• Effective proactive engagement with Regional and End Market community

Your profile:

• You have a university degree or similar gained from experience, and a minimum of 2 years experience in marketing positions
• You have a proven knowledge of project management skills and reporting management
• You are a team player with an excellent analytical ability and a high level of attention to detail
• Your English level is proficient (spoken and written), Dutch and/or French is a plus
• You are computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, general analysis & reporting tools, …)
• You have acknowledged and proven oral and written communication skills
• You are able to maintain a high level of professionalism & confidentiality
• You can manage self and always adhere to deadlines
• You have a high level of stress resistance
