Sales Assistant NL-FR - Medical sector - Anderlecht
Experienced and bilingual Sales Assistant needed for an attractive company active in the medical sector and based in Anderlecht.
Our client is a leader on the Belgian market of healthcare & medical solutions. The office is located in Anderlecht.
As Sales Assistant, your main responsibilities will be (but not limited to) the following :
- Product creation in the system, making sure of the administrative compliance, be able to reply to customers demands regarding prices, documents, etc. Keeping pricing lists up to date.
- Contact person on behalf of sales representatives when needed (phone, emails, etc)
- Organization of events (congress, business trips, etc), booking of accomodation/facilities, transport/flights, etc, complete follow-up
- Preparation of internal & external meetings (rooms booking, catering, equipment, etc), taking the minutes
- Commercial and administrative follow-up as support for Sales Teams, offers, quotations and contract preparation, returns, etc
- Assistance in the invoicing process
- General Sales Administration to support Sales Teams
- Trilingual NL-FR-EN (NL must be perfect as most internal and external interactions will be in Dutch)
- Strong experience in a similar role (commercial or sales assistant ideally, or general back-office/B2B customer service)
- Ability to work autonomously when needed, to learn quick and proactive
- Attention to details and precision
- Experience in medical/pharma sector is a (big) plus
