Customer Service Manager (m/f) ad interim
Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for a Customer Service Manager (m/f) ad interim.
The company, based in the Charleroi area, is internationally recognized in manufacturing and industry.
As Customer Service Manager ad interim (m/f), you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- manage a team of account coordinators (keep a high quality and continuity of service, develop efficiency, productivity and motivation of the team,…) ;
- manage the account coordinators team and ensure an efficient, cost effective and reliable execution of the "order to invoice" process while maintaining highest satisfaction of customers ;
- manage the day-to-day activities of the department ;
- set up KPI and monitor it to ensure client satisfaction ;
- analyse current processes, propose a new structure (linked to reach objectives) and implement it ;
- be a strong external interface with customers as well as internal linkage with sales, logistics and market management (develop and maintain efficient relationship with Sales Team, Credit Manager and Logistics teams) ;
- be the Change Management agent for the department ;
The requested qualifications for this Customer Service Manager ad interim are :
- minimum 10 years of proven experience in Customer Service Management ;
- ability to manage and motivate a team ;
- proven track record in change management projects in Customer Service environments ;
- fluency in French, English and 1 more language (Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian,…) ;
- pro-active behaviour and pragmatic approach ;
- analytical skills and attention to detail ;
- CRM knowledge (SAP) and IT tools.
