RESPONSIBILITIES (senior role however with a lot of hands-on work including reporting and FP&A )

- Support General Management in taking efficient business decisions. Facilitate scenario analysis. Take active part in tactical and strategic developments

- Further develop the system of management reporting, put in place KPIs to cover all business processes (sales, procurement, logistics, working capital, etc.)

- Prepare the monthly financial review & reporting. Lead the monthly management feedback procedure based on analysis of monthly results. Challenge management on the identified inefficiencies

- Perform financial planning and analysis (monthly rolling forecast)

- Perform working capital analysis

- Prepare indirect cash flow forecast

- Overview the work of 4 controllers (who is in charge of CO SAP closure, cost accounting and production reporting)   

Experience:

- 2 years as a standalone corporate / plant controller for a production facilitywith budgeting and forecasting function

- 5 years in controlling

- 7 years in finance

- Experience with multinational company is an advantage

Education, languages: 

- University diploma preferably in finance & accounting

- Fluency in English and  French / Russian would be an advantage

Skills:

- Helicopter view and strong business sense

- Structured mind set

- Soft skills, ability to work in matrix organization with proved records

 - Industrial experience is strong advantage

- In depth understanding of standard company functions and processes & their interrelations (procurement, sales, production, payments, payroll, etc.). Ability to build a flow-chart to describe each of the processes 

- Proved track record of building and maintaining business models, budgets, financial forecast

- Previous exposure to building lean processes / understanding of the “lean” principal and ability to demonstrate examples

- Experience of preparation executive presentations to senior management / Board of Directors

- Experience in change management is a strong advantage

- Proved track record of setting a KPI system. Ability to demonstrate the KPI analysis for i.e. logistics / sales

- Strong analytical skills and high level of attention to detail

- Knowledge / experience with SAP is a must

- Proficient level of excel, power point  is a must

- Other skills required: ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks at the same time (multi-tasking), flexibility, pro-activeness, methodical approach, ability to manage priorities in an efficient and pragmatic manner
