You are the first line communication person for customers, partners, suppliers. You will be in contact bu mail, phone and
occasionally Face to Face.

  • Establish and maintain friendly relationships with customers.
  • Provide background information on products or services and assist in their selection.

  • Being able to answer simple inquiries or dispatch it to an appropriate member of the technical, marketing or commercial team . Ensure follow-up is given and tasks are completed

  • Prepare sales offers based on well-defined rules or help the sales team to formalize them and communicate them to prospects.

  • Exploit CRM systems (customer relationship management) and ensure that relevant information and follow-up actions are available to the team

  • Monitor CRM and reactivate contacts proactively, if necessary.

  • Manages sample support and assists in the preparation of promotional material under the direction of the marketing team members.

  • Prepare regular reports on the business funnel and sales results.


  • Trilingual French, Dutch and English. German is definitely a plus.
  • Good command of MS-Office and enough computer experience to work with the CRM environment (MS Dynamics)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with a high level of self-confidence.
  • Open, friendly and professional in his contacts with customers.
  • Personal start, proactive and strong work ethic. Capable of evolving in a startup environment and being flexible enough to engage in non-routine tasks as needed.
