Client Details

Our client is the global - fast growing - leader within the Micro-contamination monitoring with a focus on capital equipment's, software's & services linked.

Active globally, the are today looking for a new Sales Engineer in Benelux in order to sustain their growth. This role as a focus on the Pharmaceutical industry (80%) & High-end Electronics (20%).

Description

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the Sales & Services Manager
  • Develop with the management a full sales strategy for the Benelux market.
  • Implement this strategy
  • Maintain & develop good relation with the existing client portfolio
  • Increase & develop the customer base - acquire new customers active in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Develop & Implement a cross selling strategy between the different products & solutions
  • Provide technical & financial inputs to the customers
  • Represent the company with a consultative approach to the customers
  • Work closely with the technical team in house in order to successfully implement projects
  • Manage the Data Base and provide reports on the activities & forecasts

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following requirements:

  • A Technical master degree - preferably within Life Sciences

  • At least 3 years experience in a sales functions dedicated to the Pharmaceutical industry

  • A previous experience within the clean rooms, clean manufacturing processes, pharmaceutical production is mandatory

  • Knowledge of GMP's & associate regulations of the industry
  • Fluent in Dutch, French & English
  • Experience working with CRM such as SalesForce
  • Flexibility to travel within Benelux - and abroad for occasional situation
  • Able to work with an high degree of independence
