Financial Data Analyst - Permanent Contract in Eupen

For its client, Robert Half is actively looking for a Financial Data Analyst for a permanent contract.

Our client is an international industrial company. They are looking for a Financial Data Analyst for their Headquarter located in the Eupen area.

As part of your function, you will report to the HQ General Manager. Your mission must be to ensure the data crunching of the company's financial and production information, more specifically:

• You interact with financial and production departments and analyse their reporting needs
• You build and develop reporting tools allowing an efficient steering of the company
• You gather and analyse financial and production data
• You develop communication tools to convey efficient observations
• You report and submit your analyses to the relevant management
• You understand in depth needs of business teams and develop and deliver solutions that will drive strategic business decisions and actions or that will allow their teams to do their job more efficiently
• You collaborate with IT support team for all data and reporting issue by evaluating the problems and questions from business users and translating them into actionable guidelines for technical work

Required skills for this function are as follows:

• You have a first relevant experience in audit or financial analysis
• You are IT-minded and enjoy working with databases and reporting tools (clickview)
• You are a proficient user of Excel and its advanced features (pivot tables, data analysis, charts, formatting, etc.)
• You have an excellent knowledge of English. French and/or German are an asset
• You dispose of both relational ease as well as writing and presentation skills
• You are creative, curious and enjoy setting up new processes
• You are rigorous, organized, assertive and business-oriented
• You are able to adapt to a multicultural work environment
