Our client is an international company working in the oil and gas industry



Job Description

THE CHALLENGE:

- Ensure a correct and timely follow up of telephone calls & email correspondence

- Support with reception tasks, for example receiving visitors

- Process incoming invoices and following up on accounts payable

- Maintain a well organised and transparent administration of files and information

- Be responsible for the adequate stocking of office supplies

- Organise, maintain and monitor databases, for both customer information and resource management

- Deliver support for Lazer management team.



Job Requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?:

- Bachelor education in administration or equivalent working experience;

- 2 years work experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role;

- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French & English, both written and verbally;

- Proactive and organised work ethic that allows you to work independently;

- Experience with financial software such as Enterprise Resource Planning I is a plus;

- Interest in cycling is considered a plus.
