Job Description

The Sales office is responsible for managing & developing a portfolio of small and medium customers by phone.

Sales and commercial management :

  • Managing a portfolio of small and medium customers making less than 120 m3 per year
  • Improve the relationship with the customers and the loyalty to AS 24
  • Increase the range of services by cross-selling operations
  • Launc hing communication operations by phone (new services, new stations, …) decided by the management
  • Actively prospecting the market by phone
  • Create and follow up of prospects
  • Make tenders to customers by phone
  • Monthly Reporting : analysis of kpi’s (#phone, mails, customer satisfaction, sales performances and credit)

Customers :

  • Respond on requests and claims from customers. (telephone, mail)
  • Contracts & files : check, input, rebates & additional services contracts like Eurovat, Passango, Viapass,….
  • Order new customer cards
  • Administration on « dépassement clients » and « retour Passango »
  • Follow up of prospection / web orders
  • Digitalizing of incoming contracts
  • Back-up of team-member (sales and back office)



Job Requirements

  • Dutch - French (writting/speak) / English
  • Bachelor degree
  • Customer minded
  • Capacity to convince
  • Detail-oriented, organized
  • Having a commercial feeling in helping customers
  • Team spirit
  • Good sense of business and figures
