Our client is an internationally renowned company active in the biopharmaceutical field and based in the heart of Brabant Wallon.

Job Description:

The Audit Readiness Office role is the execution of the audit action plan for the Business Technology Solutions (BTS) department.

He is responsible for ensuring that all pre-audit checks are properly verified, documented if needed with appropriate evidences or remediated when necessary.

He will have regular contacts with multiple internal stakeholders (BTS Compliance Manager, different Business System Owners, …) and external ones (Vendors of IT systems).

- Primary Function :

Takes part of the assessment and remediation of the Audit Readiness action plan together with the BTS manager

Is the primary contact with internal and external stakeholders for these matters

- Core Job Responsibilities:

Check that IT policies requirements are met for the local applications used by the affiliate

Gathers evidences to provide in case of audit

Remediate deviation or via action plan with the vendor and Business owner or by documenting IT exceptions

Review ongoing contracts to ensure they contain appropriate conditions

Participate in implementation of Access Management process

Providing updated status report

Job Requirements

Experience Required:

The Audit Readiness Officer should be able to demonstrate a good knowledge / competence of:

• Manage different work streams in parallel

• Understanding on IT policies and documentation in regulated environment

• Understanding of GxP regulations Knowledge / Education Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT, or equivalent experience, preferably in business or a closely related discipline.

• English mandatory + French and/or Dutch good knowledge

Salary and Benefits

Our client offers you a 6-month di'interim mission as part of a specific project. The schedule to be set is a 40H00 a week and thus generates 12 days of compensatory leave per year.
