Our offer: 

As part of the management team of KEYTEO at Louises’s offices in Brussels, you closely work with Business Unit Managers to help them identify, meet and select their new consultants. This include (but is not limited to):

  • Understand the skills required by our customers to take new projects in charge
  • Contribute to our employer-branding and develop our visibility in Belgium
  • Handle spontaneous candidatures from different channels
  • Hunt profiles using our large databases
  • Establish first phone contacts to validate the candidates
  • Set meetings at our offices with the selected candidates, present our company and define their ambition
  • Identify their strengths and weaknesses and define a career path
  • Validate the match between candidates and available missions
  • Make a detailed reporting and diffuse information to the business unit managers

Your profile:

You are

  • In a Master 2 class, with a specialization in psychology, human ressources, management or business.
  • Passionate about people and their professional ambition
  • Passionate about technical or technological innovation
  • Entrepreneurial-minded
  • Ambitious and result-driven
  • Used to hold conversations (by phone or face-to-face)
  • Stress-resistant, resourceful, ambitious, proactive with proven time-management skill
  • Fluent in French and English
