Investment Financial Controller

Client Details

For one of our clients, an international company leader in the real estate sector, we are currently looking for an Investment Financial Controller in order to support their development.

Their offices are located in Brussels.

Description

As the Investment Financial Controller, you directly report to the Investment Financial Manager.

Your function is oriented around 2 pillars : Financial Controlling and Investment Analysis. The goal is to help the team on the Financial Planning, Transactions, Financing and Tax Compliance aspects. Your main tasks consist in :

• Analyzing the assets' performances (IRR, investments, …);

• Assisting in due diligence (at a tax and finance level) during investments;

• Participating in the projects' financing: contact with investors, negotiation with banks, structuring of deals;

• Helping the asset managers in the budget preparation;

• Building of forecasts;

• Being in charge of analyzing the results and performing variances analyses regarding the budgets;

• Developing and maintaining dashboards;

• Supporting in the preparation of cash flow;

• Ensuring the tax compliance with the new regulations.

Profile

The ideal Investment Financial Controller will meet the following criteria:

• Master's Degree in Finance / Economics / Business Engineering / Tax;

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Controlling / Audit / M&A position;

• Experience in a Real Estate environment is a plus;

• Ideally trilingual (Fluent / Dutch / English);

• Excellent Excel skills;

• Analytical mindset;

• Dynamic, loving challenges and wanting to evolve in a fast-growing company;

• Able to work autonomously as well as in a team.

Job Offer

Our client offers an annual gross salary between 45K€ and 60K€ accompanied by fringe benefits (bonus, meal vouchers, group insurance, hospitalization insurance) and growth possibilities.
