Description
As a Project assistant you will be responsible for :
- Handling the references of the previous projects
- Having a constant contact with clients, suppliers and employees all over the world
- Assisting the Commercial Director with his agenda, travel arrangements,...
- The organization of meetings, taking notes and drafting up reports
Profile
As a Project assistant you are/have :
- A Bachelor degree
- Min. 1 year of experience in a similar function
- An excellent knowledge of English, and a good knowledge of French
- Able to work independently
- Rigorous, flexible
- Team spirit minded
