Description

As a Customer Care Agent, your main responsibilities are :

  • Deliver a high quality service to clients
  • Answering questions of a high standing customers
  • Offer custom solutions and build relationships through consultative questioning
  • Document important information

Profile

As a Customer Care Agent, you have these required skills:

  • You speak English, Dutch and French
  • You are client oriented and have problem solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
