Challenging position in a Customer Service department for someone who likes managing numbers and data while having commercial contacts with clients.

Client Details

Our client is a leader in the growing energy market. Their offices are located in Diegem and are easily accessible by car or public transport.

Description

As a Customer Service Business Specialist you are responsible for managing all 3rd party external partners:

  • Be in contact with 3rd parties and your clients on a daily basis
  • Negotiate and renew contract and multi-site contracts
  • Follow-up each deadline for each different client contract
  • Manage quotations
  • Calculate commissions for 3rd parties
  • Act as backup for the Customer Service team when needed

Profile

  • You are fluent in French and Dutch with a good working knowledge of English

    • Job Offer

    For this position, our client will offer a permanent contract after a 6 month interim period.

    You'll be working in an ever growing environment for a dynamic company in Diegem.
