Als Commercieel-administratief medewerker Export ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve support en customer service binnen het Export departement.

Onze klant is een internationale speler in import en export activiteiten, gelegen regio Machelen.
Omschrijving
Als Commercieel-administratief medewerker Export ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- het onderhouden van contact met klanten
- openen en aanvullen van nieuwe dossiers
- aanvragen van klanten beheren en de klant verder helpen per mail en telefoon
- klant op de hoogte houden indien goederen klaar zijn voor verzending
- kosten berekenen, opmaken en doorsturen van facturen
- (proactief) contact met de klant i.v.m. de status van hun order en levering
- opvolgen van verzendingen en afstemmen met de warehouse waar nodig
Profiel van kandidaat
De ideale commercieel-administratief medewerker Export:
- een goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
- sterk administratief aangelegd
- junior of een eerste relevante ervaring in administratie of customer service
- leergierig ingesteld en open om bij te leren
- een positieve ingesteldheid
