Our client is an international actor in the retail sector. Based in Brussels, The Company is looking for a Facility Manager one of their Shopping Center.
Description
The Facility Manager is responsible to:
- Manage the cost-effective procurement of all engineering maintenance services
- Coordinate appropriate service delivery and supervise the safety system
- Maximize resource productivity and minimize business interruptions
- Provide expert technical advice
- Manage the relationship with suppliers
- Advise changes in technical maintenance and improve the service level or provide cost reduction
- Manage feedbacks from teams of technicians, supervisors, production planners, and clients
Profile
- Technical degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Facility Manager
- You have an experience in a retail environment (supermarket, shopping malls, …)
- Experience in managing Business Critical Environments
- Organizational and planning skills
- A knowledge of the maintenance processes
- Fluent in French/ English or Dutch/ English
