Description

The successful Technical Support Engineer will:

  • Manage specifications

  • Take responsibility for technical aspects and bring solutions

  • Maintain quality communication with the different stakeholders

  • Ensure visits and interventions on different sites

  • Provide technical assistance to customers

  • Ensure the first help support according to the complexity of the process

  • Have the responsibility to follow help policies

Profile

The successful Technical Support Engineer has the following profile:

  • You are fluent in French with a bit of Dutch, or Dutch with a bit of French

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronical Engineering

  • Analytical approach to problem solving

  • You are customer oriented and an excellent communicator

  • Great knowledge of electrical power
