Job Description

The Projects Manager supports the Retail & Specialty business unit with the overall aim of increasing project management excellence within the organization. He closely works with the BU Head Retail & Specialty and is involved in key projects of the business unit (Sales and Marketing projects).

The Project Managers is key in bringing information together, analyzing the status quo and providing appropriate conclusions.

  • Define project scopes, objectives, and technical feasibility while ensuring on time delivery of business critical projects
  • Take ownership in modeling and following up the WHS sales for accurate forecast
  • Support the business unit team for market and customer analysis
  • Closely work with Head of Strategic Planning to support in business in StratPlan development
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors (if applicable)
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Support in preparation of business reviews with the Cluster/Region



Job Requirements

  • Strong team player and analytical skills
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent through experience
  • Proven first experience as a project administrator / first experience in consultancy, with preference in an auditing company
