Purchasing & Planning Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for all orders within the organization and manage the relationship with the suppliers.

Description

The Purchasing and Planning Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:

• You deal with all the planning of purchasing of goods

• You negotiate promotions, prices, new products, volume, delivery…

• You stay in close contact with suppliers to remain up-to-date with any important information and to build strong long-lasting relationship with them

• You put in place purchasing strategies in order to improve process and cost

• You conduct trend analysis and make sure inventory is optimal for production

• You examine potential opportunities for the business to purchase specific products and ensure distribution is done correctly to the correct warehouses

Profile

The Purchasing and Planning Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:

• You have relevant experience in the Purchasing/Supply Chain area

• You speak fluent Dutch and English, French is a plus

• Having experienced purchasing in a production environment is a must

• You are strategic, operational and don't mind working autonomously as well as in team

• You have an analytical mindset and strong in communication
