Inside Sales Executive - German/English Speaking

As Technical Inside Sales Executive, you'll fully support external teams by being the link with European customers.

You will quickly manage a large portfolio of customers.

With the EMEA headquarter located in Belgium, most of their customers are located in Germany & France.

Description

As Technical Inside Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include :

• Managing the relationships with customers located in Europe (mainly in Germany)
• Consistently developing the customer's portfolio
• Developing new business with existing customers
• Coordinating sales with European customers, external teams & HQ located in USA
• Giving technical support to customers
• Ensuring sales processes from the beginning to the closing
• Managing others tasks such as stock management, logistics, orders, etc.
• Giving new products trainings to customers

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

• Fluent in German & English is mandatory
• Bachelor degree - business/economic oriented
• Technical background is a plus
• First experience in a sales function - can also be in a customer support or inside sales function
• Excellent communication skills
• Results & solutions oriented
• Structured & high level of motivation
• Adaptive person - capable to work with different tools such as SAP, CRM, etc.
