In order to sustain a natural growth, they are looking for a m/w Senior Consultant.
You are a highly achieving-oriented individual who wants to grow with the company and work together with clients in realising projects concerning designing tailored salary structures.
• You give your (inter)national clients advice on short- and long-term incentives and talent and reward strategies in general.
• You will help clients to align people needs and HR systems through a period of corporate restructuring and change.
• Closely working together with the ‘People Value & HR Management Team’, and the colleagues in Utrecht, the Netherlands, you will have direct contact with clients and will be responsible for several projects at the same time.
You have a university degree in Business Administration or an Economical or Human Resources related area with a proven track record of client advice at senior management level preferably in the compensation & benefits field.
You have extended knowledge of and experience in compensation, job grading, performance, competency & reward management, as well as a thorough understanding of business issues and the ability to connect these to HR and people solutions.
You are a good team worker with a large sense of initiative and excellent interpersonal skills. Because of the international exposure, fluency in English, Dutch and French is required
