Client Details
Our client is an international Fashion & Luxury Brand, known worldwide and with offices based in Brussels.
Description
As a Client Advisor:
- You will work in the headquarters of the company, located in Brussels
- You will be Ambassador of the Brand towards B2C & B2B customers
- You will provide high-end advice regarding all product categories
- Develop long-term relationships with your clients, manage different clienteling tools such as social medias
- Take care of the administrative support of your activities, achieve individual and team objectives, contribute to sales results
Profile
You must must be fluent in a certain combination of languages. + Good command of English. Hereunder you find the possible combinations we are looking for (english is always mandatory with every combination):
- Have previous experience in a Customer-oriented position (Luxury Retail, Hospitality, Customer Care,...) or you compensate with a personality fitting with the world of Luxury & Fashion
- Have an eye for details, a customer/commercial sense, you're dynamic, willing to learn, reach the extra-mile
- Like to work in international environment
- Have an interest and affinity with the sector !
