2 ASSET MANAGERS (F/M)


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the Asset Management team in their daily business and projects within Belgium and Luxembourg
  • Work on real estate properties or portfolio(s); assist in transaction processes of existing real estate assets and new developments;
  • Closely cooperate in regard to property related performance targets with (Technical) Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Transaction Managers as well as strategic partners.
  • Optimize cash flow distribution through tenant management cash control and performance fee optimization; exercise active cost control
  • Active role in the (re)letting, processes and development of appropriate marketing strategies
  • Preparing and assembling contracts, approvals, letters, procedure, business as usual reports and real estate analyses
  • Developing and coordinating special asset management projects such as client satisfaction, reporting tools, GRESB and data filing


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree.
    Preferably between 2 to 5 years related real estate experience or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Asset Management and Property Management
  • Strong Analytical and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts advanced financial analysis
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Fluent Dutch, French and strong English language skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent communication skills and pronounced ability to work in a team
  • High level of flexibility, also very good self-organization skills
  • Pragmatic and excellent commercial sense
  • Distinct ethical standards for quality and responsibility
  • Team spirit of nature with a good sense of humor

1 TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT ANALYST (F/M)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the transaction heads in the purchase and sale of real estate for the Belgian, Luxembourg and French markets

  • Data management; analyses the macro and micro location
  • Analyses property specific real estate divers, such as rental levels, growth projections, cost prognoses and overall outgoing structure
  • Financial/cash flow analyses as part of building the business case;
  • Contributes to the preparation of (tender) offers, LOI’s, etc…
  • Contributes to the Due Diligence process
  • Travel will be required to Luxembourg and Paris on a regular basis to support local markets
  • Tracks and collects general market information, performs market analysis and produces market reports covering the essential real estate sectors and subsectors
  • Assists with or manages local transaction implementation (process standardization and quality assurance
  • Regular contact with Pan-European teams will be needed.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Team player
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to a college degree. Preferably 2 to 5 years related real estate experience or any similar combination of education and experience
  • High level of commitment and resilience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conduct advanced financial analysis
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to parties involved (internal and external)
  • Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret documents.
  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and French is a must
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced)
