Fonction

Handling telephone calls

Organization of Seminars (ie invitations, practical follow-up, etc.)

Making travel arrangements

Document filing (digital and paper)

Agenda management (appointments with clients, events, seminars, recruitment interviews, etc.)

Preparation and follow-up of invoicing (and process)
-
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
-
Follow-up on timesheets
-
Acting as back-up of the others assistants or of the reception when needed
-
Various: keeping the database up-to-date, printing data rooms, etc.
Profil
-
You have a previous experience as a secretary or assistant and ideally in a law firm (asset)
-
You have very good oral and written skills of Dutch, English and French
-
MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) has no secret for you
-
You are able to be a Team-player but also to work independently
-
You are discrete, reliable, accurate and with an eye for detail
-
You work proactively with a customer-focus and a service-mind
-
You have good organization skills and can set priorities
-
You are flexible
