Our client, a famous Financial Service located in Brussels, is currently looking for an experienced Management Assistant to join the current Management Assistants team taking care of different assigned departments.

Omschrijving

As an experienced Management Assistant, you will have the following tasks:

• Support the different departments assigned to you
• Take notes during meetings, summarize the information and write relevant reportings
• Interlocutor at all levels: you can easily understand the needs and have a discussion with board members
• Book rooms, trips, manage expenses for different managers
• Event management on occasional projects

Profiel van kandidaat

As an experiences Management Assistant, you have the following profile:

• At least a first relevant experience as a Management Assistant
• Fluent level in Dutch, French and English
• Very good command of MS Office
• Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach and a team spirit mindset are essential
