Sales Developer for a design & furniture Belgian start-up
You have the thrill of joining a start up : your days are a mix between networking, client visits, business development & account management, events and travels !
Our client is a new Belgium-based luxury design brand active in the furniture and interior products. It collaborates with innovative designers, and aims to reach great quality production: one of the main focus being to promote sustainable made in Europe production.
The brand is now expanding its sales operations in Belgium and internationally, with a focus on BtoB and premium clients. As the success is growing and the investors putting their trust in the development of the company, the team is looking for its first sales ambassador.
You open the sales division and have several key missions : you prospect new clients and activate the existing ones, you meet them and give them samples, make them see your products, you handle tenders until the partnership is effective and follow up the operations (logistics and quality control).
Your clients are luxury furniture stores, architects, furnishers, restaurants & hotels, etc You work with an international-oriented company and with foreign partners, meaning that you travel for your clients, around 20% of the time, and for different art fairs in France, Germany, USA, and counting!
You are Dutch speaker with a great knowledge of English, French is a plus ;
You have a first sales experience in a relevant sector, who will help you to build a solid clients portfolio in interior design, architecture, hotels & restaurants, product design, etc. ;
You have a passion for premium products ;
You are rigorous, driven and targets motivate you : you are ambitious, see on the long term and would like to build the sales team in the coming years, growing with the expansion of the company!
