As agency manager, you will implement & develop a new agency from scratch.

You will manage the business plan, research of the right location & the recruitment of your collaborators.

With more than 70 agencies, my client is a key player of the recruitment sector in France & around. It has been growing for years and is willing to grow abroad with the opening of new agencies.

This growing plan will include the opening of new agencies in Belgium.

My client offers to its collaborators a dynamic & family environment where motivation & teamwork are the key words for reaching common goals.

Description

As Agency Manager, your main responsibilities will include :

  • Developing business & commercial plan of the agency in close collaboration with the HQ
  • Managing the creation of the agency from scratch
  • Looking for the right location for the implementation of the agency
  • Recruiting your future collaborators
  • Developing and maintaining the client portfolio
  • Being an expert in the recruitment field, more especially in temp business
  • Supervising the quality within the agency
  • Ensuring the good collaboration with the clients (livability, surveys, ...)
  • Making reports to the HQ
  • Being the guardian of the agency by making sure it is functional & operational

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • First experience in management is an asset
  • First experience in sales, especially in the recruitment sector with knowledge in temp business
  • Bachelor degree, business oriented
  • Entrepreneur & dynamic mindset
  • High level of motivation
  • Eager to learn
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Solid sales mindset with the willingness to build up new long-term relationships with clients
