Job Description

You are the HR Business partner. You will work with several countries. You are helping the current team on the daily HR tasks. You will create and monitor personnel files, you make sure to have full records for every staff members and update employee's data in the software. You ensure to prepare in advance all the specifics HR instructions for foreign countries (Spain, France, Belgium, ... You deliver reporting for the HR Data base. You will manage the administration of the extra-legal benefits (group insurance, hospitalization, meal vouchers, quarterly bonuses, …) You will answer our employee's HR related queries You are willing to collaborate to other HR project and give support to the HR Manager in above related matters

Job Requirements

You have Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position as HR BP You have very good knowledge of Belgian and international social legislation and you already worked with expatriate You are fluent in French,in English and spanish(written & spoken) You have thorough knowledge of PC applications You are well organized and able to manage your own work independently You are discrete and trustworthy You are handling stress well and you are proactive
