For one of our clients active in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a QA Support Officer who will overview production activities to ensure the highest quality products and impact on operations.

Hays Life Sciences is looking for a QA Support Officer who will approve and review executed master batch records. You will manage deviations and actively participate in investigations. Moreover, you will review critical qualifications of Production Operators and provide quality support to new product introduction (NPI) projects. Your tasks include validation activities and support during customer audits and regulatory inspections. On a daily basis, you collaborate with other departments and report to the QA Support Manager.

The candidate we are looking for holds a scientific degree (or equivalent by experience) and has gained experience in a Quality role within the Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Medical Device industry. You therefore master the GMP rules and have a good understanding of manufacturing and packaging procedures. You are a team player and flexible. You speak French fluently and are comfortable with English
