In order to strengthen its Finance & Accounting department, my international client is currently looking for an AP Accountant.
Client Details
My international client is located in the Zaventem area, and is one of the market leaders in the training & business services sector.
Description
- Encoding of all incoming invoices
- Auditing of expense reports
- Checking VAT registration
- Payments
- Bank transactions
- Contact with suppliers and SPOC for invoice-related questions
- Process optimization
- Audit preparation
Profile
- Bachelor in Accounting with a first relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) and good knowledge of French or Dutch.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Deadline-oriented in a fast-paced & international environment
- Hands-on & IT-minded
- Able to adapt to changing business needs and initiative-taker
- The ability to be a team player, but also work independently
