RAMP OPERATIONS MANAGER
Département : RAMP Operations
Situation : Liège Airport site

Purpose of the job
To co-ordinate, plan and manage the operational activities of a Hub operational department white ensuring full compliance with the health, safety and environmental standards as well as with the applicable ground handling procedures / work instructions in order to provide an improved service, productivity and customer’s satisfaction.

- Costs control
- KPI’s analysis (daily / weekly / monthly) and corrective actions where required
- Set goals, objectives and priorities
- Evaluate and review staff performance
- Planning and Administrative Management of ramp staff training / certification
Candidate Profile
Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications
- Master, Bachelor or equivalent by experience
Preferred experience and knowledge
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position
- Experience in team management in an operational context
- Good knowledge of social and legal rules in Belgium

- Computers literate
- Communication skills – written and oral
