RAMP OPERATIONS MANAGER

Purpose of the job

To co-ordinate, plan and manage the operational activities of a Hub operational department white ensuring full compliance with the health, safety and environmental standards as well as with the applicable ground handling procedures / work instructions in order to provide an improved service, productivity and customer’s satisfaction.

  • Planning and Administrative Management of ramp staff training / certification

Candidate Profile

Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications

  • Master, Bachelor or equivalent by experience

Preferred experience and knowledge

  • 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position
  • Experience in team management in an operational context
  • Good knowledge of social and legal rules in Belgium

  • Language skills: Bilingual French / English

Contrat Type

ISG17 – Permanent job – Full time – Night shift (including week-ends and Public Holidays) – Flexibility is required
