Project Team Assistant

As project team assistant, you will be the support of a team of 15 consultants.

Description

As Project Team Assistant, your tasks are the following:

• Preparing presentations and writing meeting minutes
• Organization of business travels and calendars
• Organization of necessary training's
• Maintenance of data management systems
• Support of administrative activities in the assistance area
• Mail distribution, ordering office supplies and project-related materials
• Support the client correspondence
• Assist the Project Manager and the Project Team in all matters
• Maintenance and administration of employee CVs for project assignments

Profile

The successful Project Team Assistant has/is:

• Bachelor in Office/Secretarial or any relevant field
• Minimum 5 years experience in administration/office management/team assistant or any relevant field
• Very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English, German is a plus
• Strong skills in the use of MS Office package
• Very good organization and communication skills
• A way of working that is accurate, reliable and loyal
