Our client is a growing company, from the consultancy sector, present internationally and willing to develop its business in Belgium.


As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing team of 5 Recruiters
  • Participate and animate the recruitment strategy
  • Optimize the recruitment process
  • Pilot the external recruitment events such as campus or career fairs
  • Develop the employer branding, the awareness of the name of the company internally & externally
  • Assure the quality of the recruitment and selection process towards the candidates (selected or rejected)
  • Work closely with and give support to the hiring Managers


Are you the Talent Acquisition Manager that we are looking for? Yes if you can answer yes to (most of) the following:

  • Do you have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment?
  • Do you have knowledge of the engineering and/or consulting world?
  • Do you have a master in HR or Business Management?
  • Do you have experience in managing a team?
  • Do you have a business acumen ?
  • Do you speak French (5/5) and Dutch (3/5 at least) and English (4/5) ?
