For a client, active in the pharmaceutical industry and located in the area of Walloon Brabant, we are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist.

Hays Life Sciences is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist who will be in charge of managing and maintaining the Quality Management System. Moreover, you will review and deal with customers' complaints and deviations, proceed to root cause analysis and implement preventives and correctives actions. Next to this, you will be the person of contact regarding internal and external audits (contact with suppliers and clients).

Our client is looking for a person with a solid experience of at least 4 years in a Quality Assurance role within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment. You have experience with working with GDP and you are fluent in French and in English. Furthermore, you are customer-oriented, proactive and organised. You have great communication skills and an eye for detail. Lastly, you are quickly available.
