Job Description
We are looking for a RECEPTIONIST for a client in the centre of Brussels.
As an Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Management of incoming calls, message taking and transfer to consultants
- Welcoming candidates, setting them up in a meeting room, offering a coffee
- File management (requests for information from candidates, copying legal documents, taking photos, etc.)
- Management of meeting rooms (planning, preparation, storage)
- Encoding and scanning of files
- Order office equipment, drinks, etc.
- Building management (elevator problem, technology)
- Mail management, distribution, etc.
- Backup of assistants
- Various administrative tasks
Job Requirements
Ideal profile:
- You are fluent in English and French or English and Dutch
- You have an excellent presentation because you are the company's business card.
- You are smiling in all circumstances.
- You are starting your career or you have a first experience
- You are looking for a part-time job, 3 days a week
